When I click on migrate data for example it does nothing. Same with any of the other tabs?

What you describe seems to be a Windows setting that you need to update. You can verify this easily. When you first open the RFA file, does the control panel open first? If it does not, then once open, click on the icon on the top of any sheet to open the control panel ...
